Autumn Splendor The gold ribbon and peach mums and roses set off this chocolate fondant covered 4 tier cake. What more would you want at a fall wedding. The offset squares presented with the points in front make the presentation a little different. | ||

This four tier cake is supported by foam spaces covered in ribbon to show how a very simple design can be so elegant at a basic black and white wedding. The little splash of colour in the daisies is just enough to add interest. | ||

This cake was made for the television program Groomed which was aired recently on the W Network. The concept of the program was to prepare the GROOM instead of the bride for the big day with lessons on etiquette and dancing. Truffles in boxes decorated with the same silver and burgundy colour theme were also provided. | ||

This four tier cake is set up on spacers to allow for the side design to hang lower than the cake itself. The bouquets of multi-coloured pastels are additionally decorated with pale green tulle to emphasise the green and white theme. | ||

This colourful, four tier cake incorporated the colour of the Mother of the Bride's dress, the Bridesmaid's dresses, and the flowers in the bouquets. It was country style carrot cake, with vanilla buttercream filling and weighed a total of 103 lbs. The tiers were: base - 18" x 4" high round, second tier - 14" hexagon, third tier - 10" square, top - 6" diamond. It was decorated with totally edible sugar leaves and roses. | |

Edwardian styling for this cake completed the theme of the Wedding. It was five tiers, three being four inches high and the other two were two inches high. | |

Four tier Wedding cake with hundreds of leaves and flowers incorporated into the design. The base is oval shaped, the second tier teardrop shaped, the third a smaller teardrop, and the top tier is round. The three bottom tiers were made from cake dummies with a one inch foam spacer in between. The top tier is real cake with the Bride's own blown glass topper. A large kitchen cake was served to the guests and the top tier frozen for the first Anniversary. | |
