ORDERING INFORMATION

The 25th anniversary's are so special they deserve a specially designed cake for the celebration. Faux wine glasses filled with confectioners gel to simulate champagne as a special touch to this cake. Larger and smaller versions can be made.

This cake was made to replicate the original Wedding Cake. It was flown by private jet to Montreal and assembled there. The cake was a surprise from the children of the lucky couple.

This cake was originally made for a wedding. At the last minute. Just before midnight on the eve of the wedding day, I received a phone call telling me that the bride had backed out of the wedding. But as the cake was already they said if it could be changed into a 40th anniversary cake for someone else in the family. As most of the out of town guests had already arrived they changed the party from a reception to an anniversary party and loved the cake. Both of the bouquets were wired and kept in a glass dome by the anniversary couple.

This detail photo of one tier of a three tier cake was also a replica of the original wedding cake. The colours of the roses were changed to red to signified the 40th anniversary. The anniversary couple was very surprised when they saw the cake especially when they saw the original photograph was beside it.

50th Anniversary

This three tier 50th Anniversary cake was made from shorter tiers 3 in. instead of 3.5 inches, this allows for less servings per tier slices are slightly wider than normal,  but still allows for a three tier cake when that is what the client would like. The tiers of this cake were Chocolate with Raspberry buttercream filling, Lemon cake with Vanilla filling and, Vanilla cake with Lemon curd filling.  It was covered with ivory fondant and decorated with ivory roses edged in 22 karat gold and blue and white pansies. The gold ribbon just enhanced the Golden Wedding Anniversary theme.
