This 42 inch long muskie was actually chocolate cake covered with sugarpaste and airbrushed with liquid food colour to obtain the markings. The cake was for an 80th birthday party of an avid fisherman. The board was covered with sugarpaste then coloured and textured to represent a mounting board. It made quite a splash at the party. |
